Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will grant you complete authority over your mailbox accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can forward e-mail messages from one mail account to another, create e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and defend your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired email messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given email mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of certain criteria defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one mail account to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Just select the mailbox account you wish to forward mails from, then select the target mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you want to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
